Consort Bulk Price Editor - Privacy Policy

Data we store

When you install and use Consort Bulk Price Editor, we store the following data in connection with your Shopify store and staff accounts:

• Shopify session records: your shop domain, staff member email address, first and last name, Shopify user ID, and API access tokens.
• A pricing journal that records each price update operation, including which staff member ran it (identified as shopify-user:<id>) and the operation outcome.

This data is used solely to authenticate your access to the app and to attribute pricing changes to the staff member who made them.

Data we do not collect

Consort Bulk Price Editor does not collect or store any personal data about your customers or buyers. The app only reads and writes merchant product prices from and to your Shopify store.

Retention and deletion

Session records are automatically removed when Consort Bulk Price Editor is uninstalled from your store. All data associated with your shop, including the pricing journal, is deleted within 30 days of uninstall via the shop/redact compliance webhook required by Shopify.

Store owners and staff members may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting support.
